As a key member of our leadership team, you will be instrumental in shaping the direction of our nursing services and ensuring the highest level of quality care for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership: Provide strategic direction and guidance to our nursing team, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, company policies, budgeting, and clinical excellence.

• Clinical Oversight: Oversee daily operations, including medication management, treatment plans, and resident assessments.

• Staff Management: Recruit, train, and evaluate nursing staff, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.

• Communication: Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
