Schedule: Monday through Friday with some weekend on-call availability

The Director of Nursing Services (DONS) provides strategic and operational leadership for all clinical services within Hoy Healthcare Center and Enhanced Services. This role ensures regulatory compliance, clinical excellence, quality outcomes, and resident-centered care while fostering a culture aligned with Westminster-Canterbury’s Lighthouse Model and core values of Respect, Passion, and Professionalism.
The Hoy Center (THC) – Skilled Nursing, Memory Care & Rehabilitation

Enhanced Services (Assisted Living)

Through Westminster-Canterbury's LifeCare program, residents benefit from seamless access to higher levels of care as needs change.
