• Minimum of two (2) years of Director of Nursing experience in a skilled nursing facility.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal regulatory requirements, survey readiness, quality measures, and CMS Five-Star initiatives.
• Demonstrated success improving clinical outcomes, managing quality assurance processes, and driving operational excellence.
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to coach, mentor, and develop nursing teams.
• Collaborative, solutions-oriented approach with a strong commitment to resident-centered care.
• Excellent communication, relationship‑building, and interdisciplinary team leadership abilities.
