Job summary

Touchstone Communities seeks a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNFA) to lead William R Courtney Texas State Veterans Home in Temple, TX. You will champion resident-centered care, drive regulatory compliance, and build a high-performing team dedicated to clinical excellence and compassionate service.

You are a servant leader with a Texas LNFA license and at least three years of skilled-nursing leadership, capable of strategic planning, finance, and community partnerships to Make Lives Better.

Qualifications

• Texas LNFA license is required.
• Minimum of three years of successful leadership experience as an Administrator in a skilled nursing community.
• Proven history of regulatory compliance, quality outcomes, and operational success.
• Strong financial and business acumen.
• Ability to develop, coach, and inspire teams toward a common purpose.
