Base pay will be determined based on skills and experience. Full-time employees are eligible for annual bonuses and sales referral incentives. Temporary staff are not benefits-eligible but may participate in the 401(k).

Manage daily clinical services to meet residents’ healthcare needs, ensuring respectful and dignified treatment. Supervise and lead licensed nurses and care staff, providing coaching and support. The level of healthcare director (HWD) is based on the complexity of the community, considering factors like size, services, medication management, regulatory requirements, and licensure needs.
