1. Full-Time Wellness Director

This role involves partnering with the Executive Director to oversee the entire clinical department. An RN license is required, and previous senior living experience is preferred.

About the Director of Nursing Position

As the Director of Nursing at Brookdale, you will leverage your leadership skills to inspire, lead, and manage the clinical team to deliver high-quality care and services. You will build relationships with residents, families, physicians, and healthcare providers to coordinate personalized care, collaborate with community leadership, mentor staff, and enhance resident and family satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills
