Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Resident Care Director (RN) in the United States to serve as the clinical leader for the community, overseeing health, wellness and care coordination to ensure safe, resident-centered services. This role drives clinical excellence, regulatory compliance and team performance while supporting Sunrise’s mission and care standards.

• RN licensed in good standing
• Strong leadership of nursing teams
• Regulatory and quality improvement knowledge

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the nursing team and all care programs.
• Conduct resident assessments and oversee Individualized Service Plans (ISP).
• Monitor changes in condition and coordinate with physicians and clinical partners.
• Oversee medication management and infection control programs.
• Serve as CLIA and Infection Control leader as applicable.
• Drive Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state/provincial and nursing regulations.
• Recruit, hire, train and performance manage clinical team members.
• Manage staffing, scheduling and department budget.
• Partner with Sales to assess move-in appropriateness.

Pay Range:

77,896.00 - 107,536.00
