Job summary

Heritage Hall Healthcare & Rehab Center seeks an RN Unit Manager/Supervisor to lead the clinical team, oversee daily resident care, and ensure regulatory compliance in a respectful long-term care setting.

The role requires an active Virginia RN license, an ASN/BSN, and LTC experience preferred. You will drive quality outcomes, mentor staff, and coordinate with families and the medical team.

Qualifications

• Must have ASN or BSN degree from an accredited college.
• Must have an active RN license in the state of Virginia.
• Experience in long-term care preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of individuals.
• Ability to read and understand written and oral instructions.
• Knowledge of nursing practices and procedures.
• Knowledge of laws, regulations, and guidelines governing nursing in a long-term care facility.
• Ability to make independent decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical team and coordinate nursing care on assigned unit.
• Ensure high-quality resident care and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with physicians, families, and staff to solve problems.
• Support ongoing staff development and performance improvement.
