Qualifications

• Experience in long-term care preferred.

• Knowledge of nursing practices and procedures; knowledge of laws, regulations, and guidelines governing nursing in long-term care.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and direct nursing care to residents.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to plan, implement, and evaluate care.
• Ensure compliance with all regulations and facility policies.
• Support staffing, training, and mentorship of team members.
