Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum Required: Three plus years of progressive experience in healthcare.
• Bachelor’s in Nursing and RN licensure are required.
• RN Licensure is required.

Responsibilities

• Provides strategic direction to ensure alignment of goals and initiatives.
• Leads initiatives to ensure patient engagement, financial stewardship, and high quality safe care.
• Acts as clinical consultant to committees and other disciplines.
• Directs and enhances growth and development of professional competency through development programs.
• Employs critical thinking and collaboration to design systems that improve care delivery and outcomes.
• Fosters open communication across all levels of the organization.
• Collaborates with physicians and leaders on nursing practice initiatives and patient care delivery.
• Serves as agent of change to help multidisciplinary teams understand and implement changes.
• Ensures delivery of safe, high-quality care reflecting standards and policies.
