Job summary

Reliant Management Group is seeking a Director of Nursing in El Monte, CA to provide 24-hour accountability for high-quality, cost-effective care and positive outcomes. You will direct nursing operations and ensure care aligns with the organization's mission and regulatory standards.

You will lead administrative, clinical, and quality initiatives, supervise staff, manage budgets, and collaborate with physicians and leadership to enhance patient and family satisfaction.

Qualifications

• RN licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
• Minimum five years' clinical experience with at least two years in nursing supervision in long-term care.
• BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and oversees the nursing department budget and staffing.
• Leads clinical operations to ensure high-quality and cost-effective care.
• Ensures compliance with state/federal regulations and facility policies.
• Partners with medical staff to coordinate care and education.
• Oversees infection control and patient safety initiatives.
