Medical City Fort Worth seeks a Director of Nursing Operations to lead clinical operations, optimize patient flow, and drive evidence-based practice across units. Reporting to ACNO, you will oversee House Supervisor, Float Pool, Sitter Pool, and Discharge Suite, ensuring efficient, high-quality care throughout the hospital.

Candidates should hold an RN license in Texas, a master's degree preferred, and demonstrate 2+ years of supervisory experience, ACLS/BLS, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• RN licensed in Texas with advanced cardiac life support credentials.
• Master's degree preferred; leadership and supervisory experience.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical operations across units to ensure efficient patient flow.
• Lead House Supervisor Office, Float/Sitter pools, and Discharge Suite.
• Partner with ACNO to uphold quality, regulatory, and fiscal goals.
