Job summary

Medical City Fort Worth seeks an experienced RN Supervisor for the Med/Surg Oncology unit to lead the nursing team during day shift. You will ensure high-quality, patient-centered care while directing staffing, workflows, and performance within established policies and procedures.

Collaborate with the management team to improve outcomes, support staff development, and maintain efficient throughput. A BSN or higher is preferred with BCLS certification and Texas RN licensure.

Qualifications

• RN leadership and supervision experience in acute care
• Proven ability to manage staffing and scheduling
• Strong focus on patient-centered care and clinical outcomes
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification required

Responsibilities

• Assists with admissions and discharges to maintain throughput and care quality.
• Monitors and coordinates nursing care across the unit with the management team.
