The role requires strong regulatory knowledge, a 5+ year track record in acute care leadership, and a master's degree is preferred. You will lead strategic initiatives, manage budgeting, and coordinate with the CNO and Directors to optimize clinical performance.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current with regulatory requirements and state board rules.
• 5+ years of experience in an acute care hospital leadership role.
• Master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staffing, bed control, nursing productivity, patient throughput, and related operations.
• Coordinate budget planning and supervision of practice and administrative issues.
• Lead and coordinate Special Program assignments and regulatory preparation with CNO on priority projects.
• Chair the Nurse Staffing Council; collect data and report quarterly on staffing indicators.
• Act as a resource for department Directors and ensure adherence to safety and policy standards.
