Job summary

Signature HealthCARE is seeking a Director of Nursing Float to oversee nursing operations across sites, traveling weekly to assigned facilities. This role ensures regulatory compliance and supports facility leadership to deliver excellent resident care.

The ideal candidate holds an active RN license (multi-state licensure preferred) with 5+ years of experience, including supervisory responsibilities, and is comfortable with extensive travel and on-site responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse with ability to obtain multi-state licensures.
• Minimum of five (5) years related experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel 80%–90% with overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Nursing Department operations in the absence of the facility Director of Nursing.
• Ensure compliance with policies, nursing standards, reimbursements and governmental regulations to deliver high-quality resident care.
