Job summary

Community Skilled Health Care Centre in Warren, OH seeks an experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to lead the nursing department and advance resident care and staff development.

The DON will supervise nursing staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and participate in quality improvement while collaborating with residents, families, and physicians to maintain a positive, patient-centered clinical environment.

Qualifications

• Active Ohio RN license and current licensure verification.
• Experience in nursing leadership and supervision of staff.
• Strong knowledge of long-term care regulations and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the nursing department and clinical operations.
• Ensure high-quality, compassionate resident care and safety.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop nursing staff and leaders.
