Responsibilities

As Branch Director, you will supervise the clinical operations of your team of field staff and report directly to the Agency Administrator. You should be organized, detail-oriented, and possess effective communication skills, both orally and in writing. A good understanding of issues related to the delivery of home health care services and problem-solving skills are essential. Previous experience in home health and management will be valuable, especially knowledge of OASIS and Medicare guidelines, as you will review plans of care daily.

Qualifications

1. Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state where the position is based.
2. Must have graduated from an approved school of professional nursing.
3. Minimum of one-year nursing experience within the last 36 months.
4. Medicare home health experience is strongly preferred.
5. Previous management/supervisory experience is preferred.
