Overview

The Director of Nursing / Branch Director will oversee the operations of our home health agency in Athens, GA, ensuring high standards of patient care and compliance with Medicare regulations. You will provide leadership, guidance, and support to clinical and non-clinical staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Office Location: 105 Westpark Drive, Suite D, Athens, Georgia

Responsibilities

As Branch Director, you supervise clinical operations of your team of field staff and report directly to the Agency Administrator. You should be organized, detail-oriented, and possess effective communication skills. A good understanding of home health care issues, problem-solving skills, and knowledge of OASIS and Medicare guidelines are essential, as you will review plans of care daily. Previous home health management experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment.
• Graduate of an approved nursing program.
• Minimum of one-year nursing experience within the last 36 months.
• Medicare home health experience is strongly preferred.
• Previous management or supervisory experience is preferred.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance.
