Bethany Care Center is seeking a Director of Nursing (DON) to lead nursing operations on site in Bethany, MO. The DON will coordinate resident care with a hands-on approach, develop policies, supervise staff, and ensure regulatory compliance while partnering with other departments to deliver high-quality patient care.

Qualified candidates will hold an LPN license, CPR/First Aid, and have supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience preferred.
• LPN Nurse License required.
• CPR/First Aid certification required.

Responsibilities
