Carriage Square Rehab & Health Care Center is seeking a Director of Nursing (DON) to join our management team and lead clinical staff in delivering compassionate patient care. You will oversee nursing operations, set department goals, and ensure compliance with regulations while managing budgets and records.

The DON role requires MO RN licensure, strong leadership, and experience in a skilled nursing facility to positively impact patient outcomes and staff development.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and enforce policies for legal compliance and quality standards.
• Control budgets and monitor expenditures.
• Resolve issues and deficiencies as needed.
• Manage record-keeping procedures.

Qualifications – Director of Nursing (DON):

• Knowledge of legal regulations and healthcare best practices

• RN (Registered Nurse) license in the state of Missouri

Duties and Responsibilities – Director of Nursing (DON):
