General Summary of Position
As the Director of Nursing, you’ll be part of the nurse leadership team as a decision maker on the unit, working closely with physicians and your RN staff to provide the best care and most advanced treatments. You’ll also drive our mission, focused on becoming a High Reliability Organization (HRO), providing the safest, highest quality care possible to all patients.
We are a full-service acute care facility with more than 44,000 emergency room visits and nearly 11,000 admissions each year. In our renovated and expanded ED, you’ll find the same board-certified physicians, experienced physician assistants, and emergency nurses and technicians who remain dedicated to caring for unexpected illness and injury. Our facility is equipped to deliver rapid, life-saving care for heart attack and stroke through seamless coordination with the hospital’s award-winning Stroke Center.

This position has a hiring range of $118,331 - $230,172.
