The role focuses on clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, and staff engagement, driving a culture of continuous learning and quality care.

Ideal candidates are experienced LVN leaders who thrive in coaching teams, shaping development plans, and ensuring the highest standard of patient care across the facility.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active California LVN license in good standing.
• Experience leading education and onboarding in skilled nursing or long-term care.
• Ability to develop and implement clinical education programs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate nursing orientation programs for new hires.
• Develop ongoing clinical education and in-service training.
• Ensure staff maintain required competencies & certifications.
• Support survey preparedness and regulatory compliance.
• Coach nurses, CNAs and clinical staff to improve care quality.
• Partner with nursing leadership on quality improvement initiatives.
