The ideal candidate is an LVN with a California license, at least 2 years LVN experience in skilled nursing or post-acute settings, and a passion for coaching and compliance.

This role shapes the culture of learning and quality care across the facility.

Qualifications

• Current California LVN license in good standing.
• Minimum 2 years LVN experience in skilled nursing/post-acute care.
• Experience in nursing education, onboarding, and regulatory compliance is preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Passion for training, coaching, and developing others.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and conduct nursing orientation for new hires.
• Develop and implement ongoing clinical education and in-service programs.
• Ensure staff competencies and certifications are up to date.
• Assist with survey preparedness and regulatory compliance.
• Support infection prevention and control education efforts.
