Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge in Point Click Care is preferred.
• Must have an active California LVN or RN license.
• DSD Certified is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the coordination and management of all educational activities in the skilled nursing facility.
• Translate nursing philosophy into practice by planning, implementing and evaluating education to enhance knowledge and skills of nursing staff.
• Serve as clinical expert for nursing staff and provide education and mentoring in clinical skills and capabilities.
• Assess the clinical education needs of the staff and plan, develop, implement and evaluate educational programs to meet those needs.
