Charleston Rehabilitation and Nursing is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing (DON, RN) to lead nursing operations in our skilled nursing facility. The role is full-time with a base salary of $100,000-$115,000 annually plus bonus opportunities.

Active RN license and experience in skilled nursing or long-term care are required. Previous DON experience is preferred; strong leadership and organizational skills are essential for ensuring high-quality resident care and regulatory readiness.
