Epic Healthcare, a well-established skilled nursing facility, seeks a Director of Nursing (DON) to provide clinical leadership, elevate resident care, and guide a dedicated nursing team in Mechanicsburg.

The DON will oversee all nursing services, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster a positive work environment that supports staff and residents while partnering with administration to maintain clinical excellence and survey readiness.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing.
• Previous DON or ADON experience in a skilled nursing facility.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations.
• Survey-ready mindset with successful survey history preferred.
• Proven leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
