WeCare Centers at The Green Home Care Center in Wellsboro, PA is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to guide our Skilled Nursing community. This role leads a dedicated nursing team and collaborates closely with physicians and interdisciplinary colleagues to ensure exceptional resident care while meeting regulatory standards.

The DON will drive staffing, infection control, and clinical performance measures, fostering a positive clinical culture and ensuring survey readiness.

• Strong regulatory knowledge and survey readiness.
• Excellent communication with staff, residents, families, and physicians.
