Courtyard Rehabilitation and Healthcare is seeking a Director of Nursing (DON) to lead clinical operations and ensure the highest standards of resident care. The DON will educate and mentor the nursing team, oversee quality initiatives, compliance, and budgeting, and act in the absence of the Executive Director to maintain smooth facility operations.

This role requires an RN license, strong leadership experience in nursing services administration, and a passion for person-centered care.

Qualifications

  • Current, unencumbered RN license in the state.
  • RN Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Minimum two (2) years of leadership experience in nursing services administration.
  • Experience in a healthcare setting serving the same age/type of resident population.
  • Strong knowledge of nursing management, planning, budgeting, and regulatory compliance.
  • Familiarity with accreditation standards and state/federal healthcare regulations.
  • Proven ability to lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing nursing team.
  • Compassionate, dedicated, and committed to excellence in resident care.

  • Ensure compliance with resident rights policies and actively work to resolve resident grievances.
  • Drive innovation and process improvements to enhance healthcare outcomes and operational efficiency.
