Job summary

Garden Spring Rehab and Care Center in Willow Grove, PA, seeks a Director of Nursing (DON) to lead nursing services, ensure high-quality resident care, and uphold regulatory standards. The DON will guide QI initiatives and support staffing, orientation, and retention to maintain exemplary clinical operations.

The role requires RN licensure in PA, prior DON experience in long-term care, and the ability to translate standards into policies reflecting best practice and facility philosophy.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Active RN License in the State of Pennsylvania.
• Minimum of 1 year professional nursing experience in long-term care setting.
• Minimum of 2 years experience working as a DON.
• Possess a working knowledge and ability to apply standards of professional nursing practice.
• Ability to develop nursing policies and procedures that reflect current clinical practice, professional standards, and facility philosophy of care.

Responsibilities
