AVIR Health Group seeks a qualified Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our facility's clinical operations. We are looking for a resident- and family-focused leader who can build and guide a high-performing team.

The DON will oversee clinical management, ensure regulatory compliance, and promote a culture of safety and compassionate care across all shifts. Texas RN license and CPR certification are required, with supervisory experience in healthcare settings.

Competenze

• Valid Texas RN License.
• CPR certification required.
• Minimum of one year of supervisory experience in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or related healthcare program.
• Knowledge of long-term care standards as set forth in Federal Register, Conditions of Participation and State regulations.

Qualifications for Director of Nursing (DON)

• Valid Texas RN License.


• Valid CPR Certification.


• Minimum of one year of experience in a supervisory capacity in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or other related healthcare program.


• Must possess knowledge of long-term care operational standards as set forth in the Federal Register, Conditions of Participation and State regulations.
