Job summary

AVIR Health Group is seeking a qualified Director of Nursing (DON) to join our family in Texas. A licensed Director of Nursing who is resident & family focused will lead and oversee clinical operations.

Qualifications

• Valid Texas RN License.
• Valid CPR Certification.
• Minimum of one year of supervisory experience in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or other related healthcare program.
• Knowledge of long-term care operational standards as set forth in the Federal Register, Conditions of Participation and State regulations.

Responsibilities

Qualifications for Director of Nursing (DON):
