Avir Vista is actively seeking a licensed Director of Nursing (DON) to join our Webster facility. The DON will lead clinical operations, build a high-performing nursing team, and drive a culture focused on resident and family satisfaction.

Responsibilities include overseeing daily clinical management, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining quality standards in long-term care. The role emphasizes leadership, safety, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of supervisory experience in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or related healthcare program.
• Knowledge of long-term care standards per Federal Register and state regulations.
• CPR certification and Texas RN license are required.

Qualifications for Director of Nursing (DON:

• Valid Texas RN License.


• Valid CPR Certification.


• Minimum of one year of experience in a supervisory capacity in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or other related healthcare program.


• Must possess knowledge of long-term care operational standards as set forth in the Federal Register, Conditions of Participation and State regulations.
