AVIR Health Group is seeking a qualified Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our facility's clinical operations. The DON will be responsible for overall clinical management, regulatory compliance, and building a high-performing team focused on resident and family-centered care.

Formación

• Licensed RN in Texas required.
• CPR certification required.
• Minimum of one year of supervisory experience in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or related healthcare program.
• Knowledge of long-term care standards as per Federal Register, Conditions of Participation and State regulations.

Qualifications for Director of Nursing (DON):

• Valid Texas RN License.
• Valid CPR Certification.
• Minimum of one year of experience in a supervisory capacity in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or other related healthcare program.
• Must possess knowledge of long-term care operational standards as set forth in the Federal Register, Conditions of Participation and State regulations.
