AVIR Health Group is seeking a qualified Director of Nursing (DON) to join our family in Overton, TX. The DON will lead a high-performing nursing team and manage the facility's clinical operations.

The role focuses on building a patient-centered culture, mentoring staff, and ensuring regulatory compliance to deliver safe, compassionate care. This is a leadership position with strong corporate support.

Qualifications

• Valid Texas RN License.
• Valid CPR Certification.
• Minimum of one year of supervisory experience in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or other related healthcare program.
• Must possess knowledge of long-term care operational standards as set forth in the Federal Register, Conditions of Participation and State regulations.

Qualifications for Director of Nursing (DON):
