Allaire Health Services, LLC is seeking a Director of Nursing (DON) for our Skilled Nursing Facility in Toms River, NJ. The DON will lead the nursing department, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive high-quality resident care.

Qualifications

• Current New Jersey RN license.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a nursing leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of nursing practices, policies, and procedures.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks.

Responsabilités

• Recruit, hire, orient, and evaluate nursing staff, ensuring that the department is adequately staffed and skilled to meet the needs of our residents.
