Job summary

Apploi in Springfield, IL seeks a Director of Nursing to lead the Nursing Department and drive clinical excellence for our residents. The DON will oversee operations, mentor staff, and ensure nursing practices reflect our mission and values.

You will collaborate with the Medical Director, Case Managers, and other professionals to develop care plans, manage staffing and workflows, and ensure regulatory compliance and quality metrics. A RN license and senior leadership experience are required.

Qualifications

• RN license required.
• Senior leadership or nursing administration experience.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
