The DON will monitor key performance indicators, manage the department budget, and represent the organization on committees and industry groups, ensuring regulatory compliance and excellence in care.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Nursing or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of experience in a senior nursing leadership role.
• Current RN or advanced practice nursing license.

Responsibilities:

• Provide visionary leadership to the nursing department, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous quality improvement

• Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing policies, procedures, and standards, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices

• Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing nursing team, providing coaching, mentoring, and feedback to promote career growth and job satisfaction

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of care, including interdisciplinary team meetings, staff education, and quality improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Nursing or related field (or equivalent experience)
