Job summary

Genesiscareers is seeking a Director of Nursing in the Montgomery County area to lead nursing operations for a long-term care facility. You will blend nursing expertise with administrative leadership to guide day-to-day patient care, drive clinical excellence, and promote top-of-licensure practice.

Ideal candidates have RN licensure, 1+ year of nurse leadership in long-term care, and 2+ years of clinical experience, with knowledge of MDS, state nurse practice acts, and regulations.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current RN license by the State Board of Nursing; BSN preferred.
• At least 1 year of nurse leadership experience in long-term care is required.
• At least 2 years of prior clinical experience is required.
• Must have knowledge of the MDS process, state nurse practice act, and state/federal regulations.
• On-call availability is required.

Posted Salary Range

USD $130,000.00 - USD $135,000.00 /Yr.
