DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS and HUMAN RESOURCES

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Valid New Jersey Principal Certificate or Eligibility.
2. A minimum of 10 years of successful experience as an administrator.
3. Thorough understanding of State and Federal statutes related to school district operations.
4. Effective interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills.
5. Ability to interpret and apply laws, regulations, procedures, and policies pertinent to a large school district.
6. Knowledge of district and legal aspects of recruitment and selection processes.
7. Proficiency in relevant computer software required for daily responsibilities.
8. Other qualifications as deemed appropriate by the Board.

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: 12 months; salary to be determined by the Board.
