What Will You Do in This Role?

As a Director of Nursing | LPN, you will support and manage Nursing Services for residents, ensuring care aligns with physicians' orders and residents' needs. In partnership with the Director of Nursing (DON), you will oversee the 24-hour supervision of Nursing Services and lead the Nursing Department to maintain quality standards in compliance with Federal, State, and Company regulations.

Do You Have What It Takes?

• A passion for working with seniors
• A flexible, energetic, and positive personality
• Current LPN license in your practicing state
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited nursing school (preferred)
• Experience in LTC/SNF/AL/MC settings (preferred)
• At least two years in a supervisory nursing role (preferred)
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
