Job summary

Orrville Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking a Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our nursing team in delivering patient-centered care to residents. The DON will oversee the nursing department, ensure regulatory compliance, manage staff, and collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to create individualized care plans.

Qualified candidates hold an MSN or DNP, an active Ohio RN license, and have leadership experience. Doctoral degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

Requirements:
