Job summary

Quality Life Services - New Castle is seeking a dedicated Director of Nursing to lead our nursing team in western PA. As DON, you will shape patient care, implement nursing policies, and ensure regulatory compliance across skilled services, home health, and hospice offerings.

You will collaborate with administrators, supervise licensed staff, and promote a patient-care-first culture while mentoring clinicians and advancing quality outcomes for residents in our local community.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• Leadership experience in nursing leadership roles.
• Experience implementing nursing policies and procedures.
• Background in skilled care or patient care facilities preferred.
• Patient-first care mindset and teamwork oriented.

REQUIREMENTS

• Valid and active RN license
• Leadership experience and the ability to identify issues and propose solutions
• History of implementing nursing policies and procedures
• Experience in skilled care and/or patient care facilities preferred
