Job summary

Crestline Nursing Center is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing for its skilled Nursing Facility in Crestline, Ohio. You will lead the nursing team, drive clinical excellence, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

The ideal candidate holds an accredited nursing degree, active RN licensure, CPR certification, and at least 3 years of management or supervisory experience in long-term care. Confidentiality and collaboration with residents, families, and staff are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing.
• Valid State licensure as an RN
• Familiar with state & federal regulations.
• Must hold and maintain a current CPR certification
• Three (3) years of management or supervisory experience in long-term care
