Luxor Healthcare Group is expanding and seeks experienced Directors of Nursing (DON) to lead clinical operations in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting. The DON will supervise nursing staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive quality resident care across daily operations.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, communication, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team to improve resident outcomes and maintain survey readiness.

Formación

• Active RN license in the applicable state.
• Experience leading nursing in skilled nursing or long-term care.
• Knowledge of clinical standards and regulatory requirements for nursing facilities.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage nursing staff, priorities, and compliance.
