Job summary

Community Skilled Health Care Centre is seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our leadership team. This role focuses on supporting the Director of Nursing, supervising staff, and maintaining high clinical standards in a resident-centered environment.

The ADON will monitor practices and documentation, assist with staffing and audits, and provide training to nursing staff to ensure quality care and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Current, active RN or LPN license, as required by state regulations.
• Previous nursing leadership experience preferred.
• Long-term care or skilled nursing facility experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of nursing standards, regulatory requirements, and clinical documentation.
• A commitment to quality care and resident satisfaction.
