Director of Nursing (DON) Responsibilities:

• Provide strong leadership and direction to the nursing team, fostering a culture of excellence and compassion.
• Ensure high-quality care is delivered to all residents while maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Oversee and manage the nursing department, including staffing, training, and performance evaluations.
• Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
