The Mobile Director of Nursing position offers the opportunity to lead nursing staff across multiple facilities, ensuring care standards are met and residents receive the highest quality of care. Travel between facilities is required as needed.

Qualifications and Responsibilities:

1. Multistate license for Ohio, Indiana, and Pennsylvania is required.
2. Ability to travel and work across assigned areas.
3. Active, unencumbered RN license in the state of employment.
4. Minimum two years of recent Director of Nursing experience in a care facility.
5. Experience with federal, state, and local regulations and survey practices.
6. Lead and develop nursing operations in accordance with applicable standards and regulations.
7. Collaborate with the Administrator and Medical Director to ensure high-quality resident care.
8. Maintain excellent survey and quality outcomes.
