MRC Creekside in Huntsville, TX seeks a Director of Nursing to lead the skilled nursing unit with a focus on high-quality resident care and a collaborative interdisciplinary team.

The role partners with the long-tenured administrator to uphold our not-for-profit mission, maintain survey readiness, and drive excellence in clinical services while delivering compassionate care to residents and families.

Qualifications

• RN license in good standing and eligible to practice in Texas.
• Strong leadership and clinical management skills in a skilled nursing setting.
• Experience with regulatory surveys and reimbursement processes.

Responsibilities

• Direct overall leadership of the skilled nursing unit and clinical operations.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to plan resident care.
• Ensure compliance with state/federal regulations and quality metrics.
• Support staff development and performance improvement initiatives.
