Job summary

Hillcrest Educational Centers, Inc. is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing to lead nursing services and medical programs across residential campuses and the Therapeutic Day Program.

The role focuses on medical care oversight, staffing, and program quality across Berkshire County campuses in Massachusetts. Qualified candidates will hold a MA RN license and a Bachelor's in Nursing, with a Master's preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; Master's preferred in Nursing.
• Current Massachusetts RN license required.
• Experience leading Nursing Services and medical programs.
• Schedule: Monday–Friday; flexibility required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor medical care of students and oversee medical clearance; review charts for compliance.
• Organize, manage and evaluate Nursing Services and Medical Programs across campuses; allocate resources.
• Hire and develop nursing staff; ensure ongoing certification and continuing education.
• Implement best practices and lead quality improvement initiatives.
