Qualifications

• Management experience in nursing leadership and program oversight.
• Residential treatment experience is required for program knowledge and compliance.
• Current Massachusetts RN license is required as part of licensure.
• Schedule: Monday–Friday with flexibility; be reachable by phone for administrative needs.

Responsibilities

• Monitor medical care of students and oversee medical clearance; review charts for policy adherence.
• Organize and evaluate Nursing Services and Medical Programs across all sites; allocate resources to meet patient care needs.
• Hire, develop, and evaluate RNs and LPNs; ensure ongoing certification and in-service education.
• Promote staff development and competency programs; ensure high quality nursing services.
• Recognize nursing staff for exceptional practice and community contributions.
